Mission Statement:

BIOS Ministries International Inc. is a nonprofit organization committed to revitalizing underserved communities by transforming vacant schools, churches, and underused buildings into vibrant centers for affordable housing, education, wellness, and entrepreneurship. We do this by designing and delivering purpose-driven environments that promote healing, dignity, and self-sufficiency — especially for women, families, veterans, and individuals rebuilding their lives.

Through partnerships, volunteerism, and ethical fundraising, BIOS Ministries develops tenant success systems, job training, and business support models that empower people to not only live with dignity — but to grow, thrive, and lead. Our work integrates green building, modular innovation, and faith-rooted values to serve the whole person and the whole community.

From Vacant Buildings to Vibrant Communities

We’ve seen too many beautiful old churches and schools sitting empty — while families struggle to find housing, parents can’t find child care, and small businesses work from living rooms and basements with no support.

That’s where BIOS comes in.

BIOS Ministries International Inc. was founded to transform underused buildings into modular, healing-centered community hubs — places where people can live, work, heal, and grow with dignity.

At BIOS Ministries, we serve with purpose and lead with compassion. Our global mission is rooted in Service, Shelter, and Healing — but lived every day through Food. Shelter. Faith. Peace. These aren’t just words. They’re our work.

Each BIOS Center will offer:

We don’t just build space. We build systems for success — helping every tenant thrive through training, design, and ethical long-term support. Our for-profit partner, BIOS Homes, handles construction. BIOS Ministries builds the community from the inside out.

This first campaign is simple but crucial: $2,500 to file our 501(c)(3) and launch the bigger vision. Once we’re recognized as a nonprofit, we can apply for grants, welcome major donors, and begin creating the first BIOS Center. Donate Now

What We Do

BIOS Ministries is the nonprofit heart of the BIOS movement. Our mission is brought to life in communities around the world through the following actions:

  • Build and Manage Shelters: We create safe, beautiful, and lasting shelter for individuals and families in crisis. These may be newly constructed modular homes or renovated spaces — always built with care, sustainability, and dignity.
  • Develop Community Programs: BIOS Ministries oversees local art, music, farming, wellness, and volunteer programs designed to heal hearts, provide food, and create lasting opportunity.
  • Train and Empower Local Leaders: Every ministry chapter is led by local people who understand the needs of their community. We provide training, resources, and funding so they can lead with impact.
  • Unite Across Faith Traditions: BIOS Ministries believes in collaboration. Whether it’s a mosque organizing volunteers, a synagogue providing space, a church leading a food drive, or a meditation center offering peace and reflection — all are welcome in the BIOS family.

The BIOS Ministries Licensing Program

We believe the best way to grow this mission is to equip local communities to lead it themselves. That’s why we offer a comprehensive licensing and support program for any house of worship, spiritual organization, or interfaith collective that wants to bring BIOS Ministries to their city, town, or neighborhood.

What Licensing Includes:

  • Use of the BIOS Ministries name and brand
  • Access to housing blueprints and renovation models
  • Training materials for volunteers, builders, and staff
  • Grant application templates and ETHOS Fund access
  • Guidance on creating sustainable farm, art, and healing programs
  • Shared digital tools and blockchain-enabled funding tracking
  • Ongoing mentorship from regional BIOS leaders

Who Can Apply:

  • Churches, mosques, synagogues, temples, spiritual centers
  • Non-denominational faith-based organizations
  • Interfaith coalitions or peace-and-service collectives
  • Community centers that align with BIOS’ mission of love, justice, and dignity

Our Licensing Covenant:

We ask each licensed BIOS Ministries partner to:

  • Serve without discrimination
  • Act with integrity and transparency
  • Build only in ways that uplift, never extract
  • Commit to healing, not division
  • Foster belonging, creativity, and joy

No group will be denied based on doctrine or denomination. What matters most is your heart, your hands, and your willingness to build.
